Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a proactive approach to teamwork, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: 1st Shift- Mon-Sat 7:00am-5:30PM -10-hour shift - Mandatory Overtime 

What's the Job?

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Assemble components or products using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment.
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and promptly report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized workspace to promote a safe working environment.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
