Peraton is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director to lead all financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the FAA program in the National Aerospace Sector. This position plays a critical role in supporting senior leadership, program managers, and corporate finance teams by delivering accurate financial insights, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and strengthening long-term financial performance.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in CAS, indirect rate management, program financial controls, and cost accounting best practices. This is a highly visible position that requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to work onsite in Bethesda, MD with hybrid flexibility.

Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
